Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.

Can colors be customized?

Can balloons be used outdoors?

REFUNDS

What is your refund policy?

Partify Events is an event company specializing in balloon décor installations and party rentals. All clients retaining services are required to pay a retainer fee based on the size, detail, and value of the installation. This payment is due in full prior to any services being rendered.

  • Retainer Fee: All payments made toward the retainer fee are non-refundable, even if the retainer fee is not paid in full.
  • Remaining Balance: All payments made toward the remaining balance of the installation are non-refundable, regardless of the situation.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require the Client to cancel or reschedule an event. While we are empathetic, we are unable to issue refunds for any payments made. Once an order is accepted, Partify Events immediately begins planning and preparing materials to ensure a perfect installation. The retainer fee secures Partify Events for your installation, and the remaining balance covers materials, labor, travel, and other event-related expenses.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted if written notification is received and the cancellation/rescheduling guidelines are followed. Failure to provide timely notice may result in one or more of the following:

  • Forfeiture of any payments already made
  • Release of the reserved event date and time
  • Termination of the contract
  • Applicable cancellation fees
